The Rand Institute of Leadership is a not for profit school of Winter Camp University. Our mandate is simple: we want to make our students into better leaders.

Our faculty consists of successful professionals from a variety of disciplines with one common trait: the desire and ability to lead.

Our courses cover the basics of leadership and organizing and we are proud of our collection of additional resources on leadership.
